Does your company consist of several departments or is the company grouped by city or otherwise divided? Then you will most likely need to use departments in Mileage Book.
This can be an advantage if you have several payroll system integrations, fleet vehicles across fleet groups or need to manage employees in specific departments.
NOTE
- You can only create new departments if you are an administrator.
- You can only create new departments if no license groups have been created on the account.
- If you have user synchronization (AD), new departments must be created in the AD instead of manually.
