As an administrator, you just have to turn it on under System setup > System parameters > Use the ID field. > select type in the dropdown menu. Setup via app
For individual users with a Free, Pro or Premium subscription, it is possible to add IDs below
More > Settings > General. The field will then be available on all trips and receipts going forward. To create new projects, you must log in via the web.

Loading for the first time
Project or case IDs must typically enter Mileage Book from an integration in the form of Economic, API, RealEquity, Mindworking or WorkBook. In the app there will be a field for it with a refresh button. If you have set up projects, they will appear as a list and otherwise it will be an input field.
If there is a large number of IDs to be loaded, it may well take up to 5 minutes the first time you load all your project IDs in your app locally. Next time with press refresh, it will only look for new IDs and not existing ones. Loading will therefore be significantly faster in daily use.
