About Payroll groups
Does your company need to register payrolls in different systems, formats or simply several accounts? Then it can be solved with access to Mileage Book payroll groups. To access it requires the Mileage Book team to help open it up on the account. It does not cost extra but can only be added to Business and Enterprise subscriptions.
If you instead need to send data for separate departments to different accounts in the same salary system, this can be solved with separate API key setups for different departments. Go to section.
Payroll groups for different salary systems
1. Navigate to System Setup > Payroll groups to set up Payroll groups. Here you simply press "Create" on the right side of the window.
Next, a side menu will appear where you can define how the format should be and which department it should apply to. There are several types of formats, so choose the format that corresponds to your use.
2. Navigate to System setup > Art, to see the payroll art number identifiers that have been created or create new ones yourself. These are created based on the payroll number/identifier they have in the accounting system.
3. Navigate to Accounts > Payroll file > Create payroll file per department.
You can now create payroll files based on individual systems and post them separately.
Transfer to specific departments in the same salary system
If you need to send data separately at department level to separate accounts in the same system, Mileage Book can also help with that. This can be, for example, with Zenegy. Contact Mileage Book to access multiple integration. Remember that you must have created your departments under System setup > Departments before you can set up separate integrations for them.
Navigate to System setup > "Integration name" (Zenegy, Dataløn, Danløn etc.)
Here you get an integration window with a grey bar where you have the option to connect to your integration directly. Typically, you will use the standard integration you need, which covers most employees in this main view.
In the blue bar under the integration window, you will then have the option to create more departments in addition to the one you have already established a connection to. When you press "Create", you will then be able to establish a connection to the departments you have on the account. In the side menu that appears, you will then be able to choose which of your departments you want to connect to, in addition to the one you have already connected to. |
When you have set up your integrations for all the relevant departments, you will be able to transfer driving and/or outlays specifically to a department under Logs > Payroll file.
