About Dimensions
Do you need to financially categorize the expenses or trips that are registered in the Mileage Book, then you can do it by having the "Dimensions" feature turned on in your account. It is a function that is only available on Enterprise solutions and can only be obtained by contacting Mileage Book. Only system administrators have access to the feature by default. If you have user-defined roles, it will have to be selected in your specified roles.

You will find it under System Setup > Dimensions.

In the example above, I have set up the 1st dimension which is Country/Country. It is required to fill in and contains 4 countries. When it is filled in, employees must fill in my 2nd dimension, which is Department/Department. I have set it up so that all countries are in all departments. But if I needed that there was no sales department in Italy, I would be able to content myself with setting up the countries that actually had a sales department. In this way, it is possible to build different depths of complexities.
