In the Mileage Book, it is possible to deduct the deduction distance from the employees' driving. SetupWhen it is switched on in the account, you will be able to create/edit an employee in the Mileage Book with deduction distances. This is done by navigating to system setup > employees > enter an employee's home address + add a department to the employee where an address is also defined for the department. It will then be possible to see/calculate the distance between the two addresses and thus ensure that all driving in the driving record is automatically deducted from each trip. |
This is how it looks in the driving record (addresses censored)
In the example below, it is an employee with a deduction distance of 57.8 km. On the trips where he has had a drive to/from his home address on the same day, the distance will apply. However, only a maximum of two times on the same day - one out and one home.
