Purpose:
The Transfer Requests feature allows large organizations to efficiently manage internal vehicle transfers. Fleet administrators can mark vehicles as "Available for Transfer," enabling managers from other departments to request them.
Step 1: Mark the vehicle as available
Go to Fleet Vehicles > Master Data.
Select the vehicle you want to make available.
Change the status to Available for Transfer.
Click Save.
Once the status is updated, a bar/button appears at the top of the vehicle page labeled "Request Transfer".
Step 2: Request a vehicle
Managers from other departments can now see the vehicle as available.
Click Request Transfer on the vehicle's page.
The request is automatically sent to the responsible fleet administrator.
Step 3: View and manage transfer requests
Go to Fleet Vehicles > Transfer Requests.
You will see an overview of all requests in an overview
On the far right of each request, you can choose:
Approve – accepts the transfer.
Reject – declines the request.
Undo – cancels a previous action.
Tips
Ensure that all vehicles marked as available have accurate master data.
Requests can only be managed by fleet administrators.
Use table filtering and sorting for a quick overview, especially in large organizations.
