About predefined purposes
Predefined objectives can be activated if you do not want to enter your objectives manually each time but simply select them in a drop down menu. When the function is activated, you as an administrator can activate and create predefined purposes for employees so that only a fixed set of purposes can be used.
Setup

Log on to www.mileagebook.dk

Select System Setup > Select Purpose Parameters

Here you must activate the predefined purposes and add the desired purposes.

To add a predefined purpose, click Add as noted above.

Then enter the name of the purpose and indicate whether the note or ID field is required.
The ID field can, for example, be a project or case number, which must be filled in/selected.
After a purpose has been created, you will be able to connect the purpose to the registered trips. This can be done both on GPS-recorded trips and manually entered trips.
