Fleet vehicles - Vehicle mileage log

This article contains three important elements regarding Fleet cars.

You can read about the Mileage Book, Driving and Addresses.

These sections can be used to keep track on your vehicles Mileage Book, what addresses they have been to and how much time they have spent driving. 

 

Mileage Book - Fleet statistics

You can view the full mileage book of your Fleet cars here.

You can decide what vehicles or departments you want to see.

I you want to look at a specific date, simply specify this in From/To.

You are able to see where a vehicle has driven from and to, how far the distance was and how much time it took to drive. 

 

 

Driving - Fleet statistics

The Driving page provides a consolidated overview of vehicle activity, allowing users to filter data, analyse driving patterns, and move from a high-level overview to a detailed trip log. The user can work with time periods, organisational filters, and specific vehicles, and quickly export or navigate the data.
Primary features
  1. Select time period and filter by department, fleet group, and vehicle
  2. Overview of driving time, working hours, and distance
  3. Sort data directly in the table
  4. Expand vehicles and dates to view daily details
  5. View trips with time, addresses, distance, purpose, and employee
  6. Export data to PDF or Excel at both summary and detailed levels

Addresses - Fleet statistics

On this page you will find the addresses a vehicle has driven to.

You will find different information regarding the driving to these addresses. 

A filter can be put on at the top. You can filter between Department/Car/Fleet Group, Addresses/Places and on which date(s) you want to see from.
