About Zones and Time Schedule settings
With Mileage Book, you have the option of setting specific schedules for when vehicles in your fleet are allowed to drive. For example, you can set up a schedule for 07:00 - 16:00, then the tracker for the vehicle or fleet group in question will register all trips both within and outside the schedule, while you as an admin will have access to a full overview of the mileage on your dashboard, eg. which percentage of trips have been driven within expected working hours and also which trips may be in or outside of working hours. You, as an admin, will also be notified if a vehicle is driving when it is outside the schedule.
With Zones it works in the same way as with schedules. Here it is simply location specific. So you can define zones you either want or don't want fleet agents to drive in or out of.

Introduction to Zone settings
You can use Zones to determine an area that a fleet group or vehicle may either not drive out of or into. To get started with zone setup, navigate to
System Setup > Fleet Management > Zone > Create. You will then be forwarded to this page.
On the left side, you can choose whether the zone should start at a specific address. However, you can also zoom in on the map and click anywhere if you do not know the exact address. In the same blue box with zone settings, you can choose how large a radius your zone should have.
This could be an example of a zone:
